Linear slide table is a highly automated device, and special attention should be paid to safety issues throughout the entire practical process. A slight negligence can lead to unimaginable consequences. 1. If you release the brake, there is a risk of the upper and lower axles sliding down. Before pressing the emergency stop button and releasing the brake, please use a platform to block the upper and lower axles. When releasing the brake, please be careful not to get caught between the upper and lower axles and the platform.

2. The design operation of terminal effects is to prevent the loss or impulse of power (electricity, air pressure, etc.) from causing danger. The terminal effects may pose a danger when the clamped object falls, and appropriate safety inspection and protection measures should be taken to survey the size, weight, temperature, and chemical properties of the object.

3. Prohibited from use in any flammable gas or other environment. Do not use in flammable gases, flammable powders, flammable liquids, etc., as there is a possibility of explosion or ignition.

4. If the motor is removed, there is a risk of the upper and lower shafts slipping off. Cut off the power supply of the controller, and use a table to block the upper and lower shafts when removing them. Please be careful not to get your body caught between the upper and lower drive parts and the upper and lower shafts and the frame as much as possible.

5. It is prohibited to use linear modules in situations where there is a possibility of magnetic and electrical interference. In places where there is electromagnetic, electrostatic discharge, or wireless magnetic wave interference, do not use incorrect operations that may cause danger.
